New Zealand

New Zealand is an absolutely amazing country, and probably the highlight of my time with Huge Experiences. The scenery is stunning (go watch Lord of the Rings if you still don't believe me after these photos). We had a great group and the trip was a huge success.

The most beautiful hike I have ever done...8 miles

The put-in to the Rangatiki. Class IV

Right as the Rangatiki started narrowing up and getting steeper.

Through the harder stuff...

This is a sequence of myself freewheeling Maruia falls. Making a sequence is very easy, all you have to do is set your camera so it shoots rapid photos, then open all the photos in Photoshop. Choose the shot of the paddler that is most difficult to cut out, and use this as the background. Then cut out the paddler out of the additional shots, paste them into the background, blur the edges and you're done! (All sequence photos were taken by Bryan Kirk)

Another sequence from the Weiroa river.
